MailMorning does NOT issue refunds unless a system malfunction caused a serious problem or your account was terminated without sufficient cause.

We do not refund any unused or partially used plans (monthly or yearly) when you did not use or partially used the Services, and/or forgot to cancel your plan,

We do not refund any unused or partially used plans even if you cancel immediately after your credit card was charged for the new billing period.

We do not refund if you purchased the wrong monthly/yearly plan (even by mistake), and/or decided to cancel your subscription after the purchase because of functionality.


We do not provide refunds for Monthly Plans or unused Pay As You Go credits on accounts that were terminated due to a compliance issue.

Be sure to read and understand our Terms of Service before you send an email campaign with MailMorning. We reserve the right to disable or deactivate any account if our Compliance Team finds that a user has abused our system in any way.


When you request a chargeback, the bank that issues your credit card reverses a payment you made to MailMorning, and sending is disabled in your account. To resolve the chargeback and re-enable sending, navigate to our Pricing page and re-purchase your order.


We may, at our sole discretion, offer refunds in other situations in accordance with the requirements we post on this website, which may be changed from time to time. In any case, the refund can only be made within 14 days from the last transaction date.
